We aim to develop students’ full potential through creative, social, physical and intellectual experiences as well as provide a safe, friendly and secure environment where a variety of activities are offered as well as a safe and quiet place for study every day in the LRC until 5pm every day.
We have several performing arts events throughout the year. Our music performances have toured internationally in previous years and we showcase our talented performing and creative subjects supporting our school pans and bands. We'll also offer one-off special projects and events as apporpriate to the calendar. The timetable was last updated for the start of the October half term 2023. Trips and visits
Students attend curriculum-linked day trips to a variety of places of educational interest. Individual year groups are given opportunities to attend residentials and/or trips abroad dependent on our staffing arrangements.
We also run the Duke of Edinburgh award giving students access to residential visits and outward bound experiences. Students are offered residential experiences, including trips nationally and wider afield, which are linked directly to curriculum projects through their time at the school.
